Requesting account deletion

If you would like to delete your MusicStudio account and have your personal data removed, please contact our support team. We will process your request in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@musicstudio.com from the email address registered to your account.
  2. Include the subject line: "Account deletion request".
  3. We will acknowledge your request and may ask you to confirm your identity before proceeding.

Processing time

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them, in line with our obligations under GDPR.

Before requesting deletion

Please ensure that any upcoming lessons have been completed or cancelled before requesting account deletion. Outstanding bookings or payment obligations should be resolved first.

What data is retained

Some data may need to be retained even after account deletion — for example, transaction records that we are legally required to keep for tax and financial compliance purposes. We will inform you of any such retention when processing your request.
