Updating your account details

You can update most of your account information at any time from your profile settings. Here is how to find what you need.

Students and parents

  1. Log in to your MusicStudio account.
  2. Go to your Account Settings — usually accessible from the menu under your name or profile icon.
  3. Update your name, email address, or phone number as needed.
  4. Save your changes.

If you change your email address, you may be asked to verify the new address before the change takes effect.

Teachers

Teachers can update both their general account details (as above) and their public-facing teacher profile:

  • Bio, instruments, and styles — in the About tab of your teacher profile
  • Profile photo, video, qualifications, and experience — in the respective tabs
  • Availability and pricing — from the Availability and Pricing tabs

Changes to your teacher profile take effect immediately once saved.

What you cannot change yourself

Some fields — such as your account type — cannot be changed without contacting support. If you need help with anything that is not available in your settings, email support@musicstudio.com.
