Email verification
After creating a MusicStudio account, you will receive a verification email to the address you registered with. Verifying your email confirms your account and ensures you can receive important messages such as lesson confirmations and reminders.
Steps to verify
- Check your inbox for an email from MusicStudio. It should arrive within a few minutes of registration.
- If you do not see it, check your spam or junk mail folder — verification emails can sometimes be filtered incorrectly.
- Open the email and click the verification link. You will be taken back to the MusicStudio site with your email confirmed.
If the link has expired
Verification links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, log in to your MusicStudio account and look for an option to resend the verification email, or visit the login page and follow the prompt.
If you did not receive the email
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact our support team at support@musicstudio.com with your registered email address and we will assist you.
