Forgotten your password?

If you cannot log in to your MusicStudio account because you have forgotten your password, you can reset it quickly using your registered email address.

How to reset your password

  1. Go to the MusicStudio login page.
  2. Click "Forgot password?" beneath the login form.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account and submit the form.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from MusicStudio.
  5. Click the link in the email and enter your new password when prompted.

If you do not receive the reset email

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address — try any other addresses you may have used to register.
  • The reset link expires after a short period. If it has expired, go through the reset process again.
