How to report a concern
If something happens during a lesson or in a message exchange on MusicStudio that concerns you — whether it involves a teacher, a student, or another user — please report it to us. We take all reports seriously.
How to get in touch
Email our support team at support@musicstudio.com. Please include as much detail as possible:
- Your name and the email address registered to your account
- The date and time the incident occurred
- The name or username of the person involved
- A description of what happened
- Any screenshots or other evidence, if applicable
What happens next
We will acknowledge your report and investigate the matter. Depending on the findings, action may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal of the account involved. All reports and investigations are treated as confidential.
Confidentiality
Your report will be kept confidential. We will not share your identity with the person you are reporting without your consent, except where required by law.
Safeguarding concerns
If you believe a child is at immediate risk of harm, contact the relevant emergency services in your country first. Then contact MusicStudio support to report the incident on the platform.
