Cancelling a lesson

You can cancel a booked lesson from your student dashboard. The amount of credit you receive back depends on how much notice you give before the lesson start time.

  • More than 24 hours' notice — full credit returned to your account.
  • Between 6 and 24 hours' notice — partial credit returned.
  • Less than 6 hours' notice — no credit returned.

Credits are applied automatically and can be used toward future bookings on MusicStudio.

Requesting a cash refund

If you would prefer a cash refund rather than account credit, please contact our support team. Cash refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling

At present, lessons cannot be rescheduled directly — you will need to cancel the original booking and make a new one. Please keep the notice window in mind when doing this.

If the teacher cancels

If your teacher cancels a lesson, you will receive a full credit. Please contact support if you have not received it within a reasonable time.
